We're looking for a Business Strategy Analyst who can dig into the numbers, surface demand trends, and help steer smart, strategic decisions for our Enterprise Insurance clients. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The anticipated annual salary range for individuals interested in this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on work experience, education and/or skill levels.

Responsibilities

  • Generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations to inform campaign management, account optimizations and broader business strategy.
  • Partner closely with Account Managers to support key Enterprise clients to ensure performance goals are met.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover demand trends and opportunities for scaling marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly and monthly performance KPIs, including revenue, margins, lead volume and related performance metrics.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling and actionable narratives for leadership and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Build data models and analytical frameworks that surface growth opportunities and offer insights to drive profitability within your business vertical.
  • Become a power user of internal analytics platforms, building everything from reports for complex analysis projects, to digestible dashboards that can be used across the org.
  • Candidate must reside in Colorado and be able to work in office three days a week.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing analytics, demand forecasting or a related field.
  • Experience in reporting platforms such as Looker Studio (formally known as Google Data Studio), Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Zoho Analytics and Sisense.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Proven ability to lead analytics projects from start to finish – from setting priorities and collaborating across teams to delivering actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in designing dashboards for reporting and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of business processes, operations and industry trends is important for making informed decisions.
