Title: Performance Marketing Analyst
Location: 100% Remote (USA ONLY) Southern California a plus
COMPENSATION: The anticipated annual salary range for individuals interested in this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually. Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on work experience, education, and/or skill levels.
Summary:
The Performance Marketing Analyst is responsible for building, scaling, and analyzing our third-party partners with direct P&L responsibility. This individual collaborates with the engineering, product, and sales teams to create positive client experiences and increase sales and revenue. Manages the trafficking, set-up, and QA of digital media campaigns. They are an expert on DMS’ strengths and capabilities and spot opportunities to educate internal stakeholders and external partners about our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Set up campaigns and perform technical troubleshooting on campaigns.
- Manage the quality metrics set forth by the division by individual partner.
- Responsible for creating and executing against the strategy to achieve P&L metrics
- Figure out how best to align supply and demand with our marketplace to achieve financial metrics while providing high-quality product to our customers.
- Work with finance to reconcile the economics of campaigns.
- Identify risk and fraud relating to campaigns and communicate to key stakeholders.
- Act as the compliance escalation point for consumer complaints, escalations
- Proactively review analytics numbers for discrepancies.
- Manage the set-up and QA of campaigns.
- Work cross functionally with different teams to identify and execute against opportunities
- Complete other duties, tasks, and activities as they arise.
- Troubleshooting unexpected supply, sales, or client trends
Requirements (Must Have):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Product Engineering or Sales.
- 4+ years’ experience in Ad Ops or analyst position at digital media company, advertising agency, or similar
- strong data analysis skills
- Ability to continually iterate on processes and provide the tech team with recommended platform enhancements to optimize campaigns and sales
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to build relationships, effectively prioritize and navigate difficult client situations
- Work well in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
Also a plus:
- Prior experience in Ad Ops for education, mortgage, and/or health campaigns
- Management/Supervisory experience over an Ad Ops team of 2+ individuals
